These Terms are a contract between you and Flesh Enterprise Ltd (169 Athalassis Ave, Flat 102, Strovolos, Nicosia 2024, Cyprus) - "we", "us" - the operator of FleshMode (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the Service.
We may terminate any account we believe breaks this, and we may report accounts to the authorities where we believe a minor is involved.
Do not upload, request, or attempt to generate any image of a person under 18, in any state of dress, for any reason. We do not warn first: we terminate the account, preserve the evidence, and report it to the relevant authorities and child-protection organisations. If you see such content, report it to us at fleshmode@proton.me.
You may only upload an image of a real person if that person is an adult and has given you their consent to have their likeness processed this way. By uploading, you confirm both.
This list isn't exhaustive. We may review content and act on anything we consider abusive.
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided none of the credits in that purchase have been used. Once you spend a credit, that purchase is no longer refundable, because the service has been delivered. Contact fleshmode@proton.me with your order details; approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
If something looks wrong on your bill, contact us first - we will fix a genuine error. Filing a chargeback instead may lead to your account being suspended while we investigate, and we may recover the disputed amount and any fees charged to us.
Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for everything done through your account until you tell us it has been compromised. Don't let anyone under 18 near it.
The Service is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that any particular render will meet your expectations - generation is probabilistic. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited - including your statutory consumer rights.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if we can't verify information you gave us, or if keeping it open would expose us or other users to legal risk. You can close your account at any time from your settings. After closure you lose access to your library, and we are not required to keep it.
The FleshMode name, design, and software are ours. Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or scrape them. Your renders are yours - this clause is about the product, not your output.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email fleshmode@proton.me with: what the work is, where it appears on the Service, your contact details, a statement that you believe the use is unauthorised, and confirmation that you are the rights holder or act for them. We remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.
We may update these Terms. If a change matters, we'll say so in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new version.
These Terms are governed by the law of Cyprus, and disputes go to the courts of Cyprus. If you're a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your own country. If any clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
