Terms of Service

Adults only. 18+. FleshMode generates adult imagery. You must be at least 18 -
or older, if your country sets a higher age of majority. We have zero tolerance for any image
of a minor, and zero tolerance for uploading anyone's photo without their consent.
These Terms are a contract between you and Flesh Enterprise Ltd
(169 Athalassis Ave, Flat 102, Strovolos, Nicosia 2024, Cyprus) - "we", "us" -
the operator of FleshMode (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you
don't accept them, don't use the Service.
1Who may use FleshMode
- You are 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher.
- Adult material is legal for you to access where you are.
- You are not on any sanctions list and are not barred by law from using the Service.
We may terminate any account we believe breaks this, and we may report accounts to the
authorities where we believe a minor is involved.
2Zero tolerance
Do not upload, request, or attempt to generate any image of a person under 18, in any state of
dress, for any reason. We do not warn first: we terminate the account, preserve the evidence, and
report it to the relevant authorities and child-protection organisations. If you see such content,
report it to us at fleshmode@proton.me.
3Consent and the images you upload
You may only upload an image of a real person if that person is an adult and has given you
their consent to have their likeness processed this way. By uploading, you confirm both.
- You keep ownership of what you upload and of the renders you generate.
- Your library is stored locally in your browser. If you clear your browser history or use a different device,
your saved renders will no longer be visible here.
- You grant us a limited licence to store and process your images only to run the Service -
generating your render, delivering it to you, and keeping your library.
- We may ask you to prove consent, and we may remove content or suspend an account while
we look into a complaint.
- You are responsible for what you do with a render once you have it.
4What you may not do
- Any image of a minor, or anything sexualising a minor.
- Anyone's likeness without their consent - including public figures, ex-partners, colleagues.
- Content used to harass, threaten, defame, extort, or humiliate a person.
- Content depicting non-consensual acts, bestiality, or serious violence.
- Passing renders off as real photographs of a real person, or otherwise deceiving someone.
- Sharing your account, reselling access, or scraping / automating the Service.
- Anything illegal where you are or where we operate.
This list isn't exhaustive. We may review content and act on anything we consider abusive.
5Credits
- Renders are paid for with credits. One credit is one render. There is no subscription and
credits do not expire.
- The price and credit count are shown before you pay.
- Credits are a licence to use the Service - not money, not transferable, no cash value, and
redeemable only on FleshMode.
- Bonus or promotional credits are forfeited if the account is closed for breaking these Terms.
6Refunds
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided none of the
credits in that purchase have been used. Once you spend a credit, that purchase is no longer
refundable, because the service has been delivered. Contact fleshmode@proton.me
with your order details; approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
7Chargebacks
If something looks wrong on your bill, contact us first - we will fix a genuine error. Filing a
chargeback instead may lead to your account being suspended while we investigate, and we may
recover the disputed amount and any fees charged to us.
8Your account
Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for everything done through your
account until you tell us it has been compromised. Don't let anyone under 18 near it.
9Availability and changes
The Service is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or
that any particular render will meet your expectations - generation is probabilistic. We may
change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
10Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost
profits, or lost data. Our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months
before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited - including your
statutory consumer rights.
11Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if we can't verify information
you gave us, or if keeping it open would expose us or other users to legal risk. You can close
your account at any time from your settings. After closure you lose access to your library, and
we are not required to keep it.
12Our intellectual property
The FleshMode name, design, and software are ours. Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or
scrape them. Your renders are yours - this clause is about the product, not your output.
13Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email
fleshmode@proton.me with: what the work is, where it appears on the Service, your
contact details, a statement that you believe the use is unauthorised, and confirmation that you
are the rights holder or act for them. We remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.
14Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change matters, we'll say so in the app or by email before it
takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new version.
15Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of Cyprus, and disputes go
to the courts of Cyprus. If you're a consumer in the EU, you keep
the protection of the mandatory law of your own country. If any clause turns out to be
unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

Privacy policy

Short version. We collect the minimum needed to run FleshMode: your account,
your payments, the images you upload, and basic technical data. We don't sell your data and we
don't use your images to train models. You can delete your account and your library at any time.
The controller of your personal data is Flesh Enterprise Ltd
(169 Athalassis Ave, Flat 102, Strovolos, Nicosia 2024, Cyprus). This
policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It follows the EU General
Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1What we collect
- Account - email address and login credentials.
- Payments - handled by our payment provider. We receive the transaction
record (amount, date, credits, status), not your full card number.
- Images - what you upload and what the Service generates for you.
- Usage and technical - IP address, approximate country, device and browser
type, screen size, language, and the actions you take in the app.
- Support - the messages you send us.
2Why we use it, and on what basis
- To provide the Service - generating renders, keeping your library, running
your account. Basis: performance of our contract with you.
- To take payment and prevent fraud - basis: contract and our legitimate
interest in not being defrauded.
- To keep the platform safe - enforcing the 18+ rule, detecting abuse and
prohibited content. Basis: legitimate interest and legal obligation.
- To support you - answering your messages. Basis: contract.
- To improve the product - aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics.
Basis: legitimate interest.
- Marketing email - only if you opt in. Basis: consent, withdrawable at any time.
3Your images
Uploads and renders are stored so you can access your library, and are visible to you alone.
We do not use them to train models and we do not sell or publish them. Automated
and, where necessary, manual checks run against uploads to catch prohibited content - that is the
only case where a person on our side may view an image.
Images of an identifiable person may count as special-category data in your country. Only
upload someone's image if they are an adult and have consented.
4Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage that are strictly necessary to keep you logged in and to
remember your settings. If we add analytics or any non-essential cookie, we ask for your consent
first. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but the app may stop working properly.
5Who we share it with
- Service providers acting on our instructions - hosting, image generation
infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery, error monitoring. They are bound by
contract and may only use the data to provide their service to us.
- Authorities - where we're legally required to, or to protect someone's
vital interests. Suspected child sexual abuse material is always reported.
- A buyer, if the business is sold or merged, on the same terms as this policy.
We do not sell personal data and we don't share it with advertisers.
6International transfers
Some of our providers are outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on an
adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Copies are available
on request from fleshmode@proton.me.
7How long we keep it
- Images - until you delete them, or until your account is closed.
- Account data - deleted within 30 days of account closure.
- Payment and invoice records - for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Abuse and moderation records - kept longer where needed to stop a banned
user returning or to comply with a legal obligation.
8Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to: give you a copy of your data; correct it; delete it; restrict
or object to how we use it; or send it to another provider. You can withdraw consent at any time -
that doesn't affect what we did before you withdrew it. Email
fleshmode@proton.me and we'll respond within one month.
You can also complain to your national data protection authority. In
Cyprus that is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
9Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to staff who need it, and we log
administrative access. No system is perfect - if a breach affects you, we will notify you and the
regulator as the law requires.
10Children
FleshMode is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we find
such an account, we delete it.
11Changes
If we make a material change to this policy, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it
takes effect.

One inbox, read by a person. Privacy requests, data deletion, complaints and
everything else go to the same place - you never have to work out which address
your question belongs to.
Acceptable use

One rule above all others. Only upload an image of an adult who has
agreed to it. Everything below follows from that.
1Never allowed
These end an account immediately, without warning, and are reported to the authorities
where the law requires it.
- Anyone under 18. Any image, any state of dress, any reason. We do not
contact you first - we close the account and preserve the evidence.
- A real person who has not consented. Public figures, ex-partners,
colleagues, strangers from social media. Fame is not consent.
- Images made to harass, threaten, extort or humiliate a specific person.
- Non-consensual acts, bestiality, or serious violence.
- Passing a render off as a real photograph of a real person.
2Allowed
- Images of yourself.
- Images of an adult who has agreed to this specific use.
- Fully synthetic or AI-generated people who do not exist.
- Stock or licensed imagery whose licence permits this kind of modification.
3Using the service itself
- One account per person. Do not share logins or resell access.
- No scraping, automation, or scripted access to the renderer.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, credit checks, or content screening.
4What you get from us
Renders are yours. We do not use your uploads to train models, we do not publish them,
and we do not sell them. Uploaded images stay on your device wherever the feature allows it.
5Reporting something
If you believe an image on this service breaks these rules, email
fleshmode@proton.me. Include what you saw and when. Every report is read.
Reports involving a minor are acted on before anything else.
6What happens when a rule is broken
Depending on severity: the content comes down, the account is suspended, or the account is
closed and reported. Unused credits on an account closed for abuse are forfeited, as set out
in the Terms.
